Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your Leitner Designs products, we have a no questions asked return policy within 30 days of your purchase. Processing fees and return directions are outlined below.  

All returns made directly with our team must be related to orders made on our website or through an authorised Leitner Designs employee. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of the official Leitner Designs Australia.

For products purchased from an authorised dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact the dealer directly for more information.  

Returns Policy 

Returns of Leitner Designs products must be made within 30 days of receiving the items/s. 

If the product has been opened and is not in its original condition, returns will be subject to any associated costs for repackaging and missing parts replacement.  

Products which have been un-cartoned and assembled in any manner will not be eligible for any return.
