Shipping for Leitner Designs Australia products is managed through Webship and is chosen from a range of freight providers depending on location and order. Freight time is roughly 5-8 business days (depending on customer location).

 While we endeavour to assist in any issues with the shipping process (please contact us at sales@leitnerdesigns.com.au for assistance) usually the best course of action is to contact the chosen freight company and quote the shipping number for the best solution to the issue.

Shipping does not include: 

• Any redelivery fee for missed appointments 
• Relocating the system from the delivery address to another location 
• Any unusual delivery address features—gates, security, low trees  

Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.
